Alma R. Jewell

Alma Jewell, 60, passed away on October 8, 2023. She was born April 15, 1963 in St. Louis, MO to Ruby Brewer and William T. Brewer. She lived the better part of her life in Orlando, FL where she met and married her high school sweetheart, Jeffery Jewell. Their love and commitment created the fulfillment of her greatest wish; to become a mother. Alma was an Administrative Assistant and Senior Clerk at AT&T for 24 years.

Alma is preceded by 3 loved babies and her parents. She is survived by her husband Jeffery Jewell, her siblings Rebecca Brewer, William Dean Brewer, Holly Heaney, and Chet Brewer, her children Jeffery Jewell Jr., Jennifer Jewell Thrasher, Colleen Jewell, son-in-law John Thrasher, and her beautiful granddaughters Wren and Elinor Thrasher.

The service for Alma Jewell will be held Saturday, October 28, at 11:00 AM at Lohman's Funeral Home - 935 New York Ave., DeLand, FL 32724.
