Brooks Martin

Brooks Lamar Martin passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019 at the age of 59 years, under the care of Hospice in Orlando. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Sheryl Montgomery Martin, daughter, Shannon Fedders and her husband, Michael, son Joshua, sister Debbie Sandroni, and brother Barry Martin and wife Wanda, nieces and nephews, loved ones and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. He was born on September 2 in Pontotoc, Mississippi to Jimmy and Lonnie Mae Martin.
He graduated from William R. Boone High School in 1977. He married Sheryl Montgomery on February 2, 1980 in Orlando, Florida. Brooks worked for Winn Dixie for over over 30 years and worked with them until 2013. He work for C & S Wholesale Grocers as a Reclaim Manager from 2013 to his death. He was active in the Church of Christ and was a member of Palm Springs Drive Church of Christ. His memorial service will be held on February 15, at 1pm at Cary Hand Colonial Funeral Home, 2811 Curry Ford Road, Orlando Fl 32806.
