Constance Mary (Connie) Freeman, passed away at her home on September 4, 2018. Connie was known to be a kind hearted, honest, hard-working person of exceptional character.
She was a wonderful example of resilience and continued her "carry on" attitude until her passing. She was loved dearly by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
A celebration of her life will be held at her home on Sunday, September 9th, between 2pm and 5pm. All who loved her are invited to attend.
