With profound sadness we announce the passing of David Joseph Schulte, 75, our loving and devoted father and friend to all whose lives he touched.

David was born in Wichita, Kansas and made Central Florida his permanent home in the late 1970s. He spent his life building a legacy, both through his family and his dedicated career as a Central Florida contractor with companies such as FRC and Horizon Homes. Over the years, his hard work and craftsmanship helped create spaces where countless families could make their own memories.

Outside of work, David had a deep love for the outdoors, hunting and fishing. His greatest joy, however, was his family, whom he loved unconditionally and protected fiercely.

He was a devoted and loving father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was preceded in death by Rebecca ("Becky") Schulte; his beloved daughter, Tiffani Ann Schulte; his parents, Martin and Dorothy; and his brothers, Gene and Bob.

His memory will be forever cherished by his surviving family, including his daughter, Jennifer Lee Schulte Fay, and his son, David Adam Schulte. He was the proud grandfather of eight grandchildren: Chloe, Hailey, Cameron, Yohannes , Mich'ael, Anthony, Rebecca and Gabriel. He also leaves behind six adored great-grandchildren: Gianna, Nikolai, Hevyne'lee, Essynce, Keyarvis, Jr. and Charlotte.

David is also survived by his siblings: Joyce, Debbie, Joan, Sandy, Theresa, and Larry, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends. He will be deeply missed by his entire family and all who knew him.
