Donna Jean Brooks, affectionately known as "Jeaney," passed away peacefully on June 30, 2026, in Orlando, Florida, at the age of 81.

Donna was born on October 19, 1944, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, to Nina and Dalton Speece. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, as well as two of her children, Julie Burton and Joseph Burton.

Donna made her home in Orlando, Florida, where she resided for many years. She will be remembered for her strength, love for her family, and the kindness she shared with those around her.

She is survived by her loving children, Steve Burton, Sam Burton, and Grace Burton. She also leaves behind her cherished grandsons, Stephen Rex Burton and Sebastian Poppo, who will forever carry her memory in their hearts. Donna is also lovingly remembered by her extended family and dear friends whose lives she touched throughout the years.

Donna's legacy is one of enduring love, resilience, and devotion to her family. Though her earthly journey has ended, the memories she created and the love she gave will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

May Donna Jean Brooks rest in the peace of Christ, embraced by the promise of eternal life, and may those who mourn her find comfort in the hope of being reunited one day.
