Elda B. Kehr, 89, of Orlando, FL, formerly of Wood River, passed away on December 7, 2015. A viewing will be held at Carey Hand Colonial Funeral Home on Sunday, December 13, 2015, from 6pm-8pm. Funeral service will take place at the Chapel at Orlando Lutheran Towers, on Monday at 10am. Burial to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Gotha, FL.
