Elizabeth Jane Sawyer

Elizabeth Jane Sawyer passed away March 21, 2026 at the age of 80. She was the youngest of there girls born to Ezra and Rosalie Sawyer. She had a younger brother Buz Sawyer. She graduated from Colonial High School. She was employed at Ivey's Department Store and later worked part time at Publix so she could be home and care for her sister Mary and her mother.

She is proceeded in death by her father and sister Mary.

Elizabeth cared for our Mother until her death. She is survived by her brother Buz and his wife, Pat Sawyer, and sister Alyce Lundell and her husband, Gerry Lundell.

She blessed our hears as a wonderful special sister who did so much to care for her family.

Her final days were spent at the Alliance Community Health Center in DeLand. She had been in poor health for several years, but is now released from suffering into the hands of God.
