George Hart

George "Bill" Hart (1936- 2016)
Hart, George Bill passed away on October 21st at the age of 80 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on May 3, 1936 to Elizabeth Waller Hart and Benjamin Hart and grew up in Harriman, Tennessee. He was a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee and spent his career in the insurance industry in Central Florida. After many years as a bachelor, he finally married his true love, Barbara Phelps, on December 13, 2008. They loved opening their home for get togethers with family and friends. Bill was an avid hunter who traveled extensively throughout the US and abroad to pursue this passion. He is survived by his Wife, Barbara, his stepchildren; Holly (John) Manus, Krista (Ken) Elliott, Peter (Denise) Phelps, his step grandchildren; Sean, Amber (Brad), Kristie, Jaynee, and his step great grandchildren; Beau as well as his nephews Benjamin and Jefferson Pruett. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 29th at 10:30 AM at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church, 1655 Peel Avenue, Orlando.
