James Pope

James William (J.W.) Pope
Born October 15, 1931 in Orlando, Florida to Clifford Odell and Ossie (Belle) Pope and went to be with his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, November 29th at 4:44 PM. James was a native Floridian, born in raised in Orlando and was survived by his beloved wife Hazel Pope for 62 years. They were blessed with a Daughter, Carol Dowling who married Tommy Dowling, and who was loved and treasured as their own daughter. More blessings came with a grandson Chad Dowling and his wife Hollie and one great grandchild Hunter, a brother Bobby Pope and two sisters; Martha Jachims and Linda Poor.
A gathering of friends is scheduled for Saturday, December 3rd from 10:30 to 12 noon at: Shenandoah Baptist Church, 7308 Pershing Avenue, Orlando, Fl., 32822. Immideatley following the gathering, a celebration of life service will begin at 12:00 PM with Pastor Keith Norris officiating. A committal service at Chapel Hill Cemetery, 2400 Harrell Road, Orlando, FL., 32827 will begin at 1:30 PM after the church services.
