Joseph Timothy Haynes, II, 59, of Orlando, died on Friday, September 16, 2022. He was born in Oswego, NY to Dawn (Pospesel) and the late Joseph Timothy Haynes. Locally, he was part of the team working on the I-4 walk over bridge. His hard work and creativeness are some of the things he will forever be remembered for.
