Karen Renee Martin

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Karen Renee Martin on December 9th, 2023. Born on September 6th, 1953, she was a cherished daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend to many. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her warmth, compassion and unwavering love.

Karen Renee Martin is survived by her loving children, Lindsay (Tommy) Terrell, Ryan Martin and Troy Martin. She was the cherished daughter of Wanda Gibson and the late Charles Gibson. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her, especially her family and dear friends.

Throughout her life, Karen dedicated herself to the well-being and happiness of her children and family. Her selfless nature and boundless love touched the lives of everyone around her. She will be remembered for her kind spirit, gentle wisdom, and the countless memories she created with those she held dear.

Karen’s legacy of love and compassion will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to have known her. She leaves behind a profound impact that will be treasured for generations to come.

A celebration of Karen’s life will be held on December 22nd, 2023, from 10am - 2pm at Carey Hand Colonial Funeral Home.

May her soul find peace, and may her memory bring comfort to all who grieve her loss. Our beloved Karen Renee Martin will forever remain in our hearts, guiding us with her love and light.
