Kenneth Dwayne Holshouser

Kenneth Dwayne Holshouser, 59, of Orlando, Florida, formerly of Salisbury, NC, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2025. He was born on July 6, 1966, in Salisbury, the beloved son of Nellie Shue Brown and Adolphus Eugene Holshouser.

Kenneth was a man whose life reflected hard work, generosity, and love for family. He married the love of his life, Patricia A. Holshouser, and together they created a home filled with laughter, loyalty, and deep devotion.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia; his daughters, Melody Torres (Angel) of High Point, NC, Sabrina Holshouser of Mocksville, NC, and Jennifer Joyner (Josh) of New Port Richey, FL; his sons, Andrew Springer of Florida and Chad Springer (Nicole) of Orlando, FL. He was a proud grandfather to eight grandchildren who brought endless joy to his days. Kenneth is also survived by his sister, Connie Rikard of Maiden, NC; numerous nieces and nephews; and his two beloved dogs, Bubba and Red, who rarely left his side.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Eugenia Brown; his mother-in-law, Delores Springer; and his father-in-law, Everett Springer.

Kenneth dedicated many years of his life working for Accu-Krete, where his commitment and work ethic were evident to all who knew him. Outside of work, his greatest passion was cars-whether he was turning a wrench, talking about engines, or just admiring a classic ride, he found joy in every detail. But more than anything, Kenneth was known for his big heart. He never met a stranger, always offering a helping hand, a word of encouragement, or a bit of humor to lighten the day.

His life was a testament to kindness, strength, and love. To his family, Kenneth was a steady rock; to his friends, a loyal companion; and to everyone he met, an unforgettable soul whose warmth left a lasting mark.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 12, 2025, at Carey Hand Colonial Funeral Home, 2811 Curry Ford Road, Orlando, FL 32806, with a Celebration of Life service to follow.

Though his time on this earth has ended, his memory and legacy live on-in the roar of an engine, the laughter of his grandchildren, and in the countless lives he touched with his generosity.
