Lorraine Lovett

Lorraine M. Lovett (Hepburn), 81, a longtime resident of Orlando, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2019. She was in Hospice care and was surrounded by her loving family. Lorraine was born on June 1, 1937, in East Providence R.I., to the late William and Gertrude Lovett. She was preceded in death by her siblings William Lovett, Richard Lovett, Kathleen Mutz, and Nancy Kollet. She is survived by her siblings Patricia Fethiere of Washington, Michael Lovett of Delaware, and Jacqueline Areson (Ray) of New Hampshire; and children George H. Hepburn III (Debbie) of Glenview, IL, William J. Hepburn of Orlando, Judith A. Heslep (Dave) of Orlando, Robert S. Hepburn (June) of Lutz, FL, Susan P. Hepburn of Orlando, and David M. Hepburn (Kari) of Apex, NC, and 13 grandchildren - Cameron Hepburn, Colin Hepburn, Jeff Heslep (Danielle), Daniel Heslep, Brittany Robinson (Joe), Haley Hepburn, Chris Florer, Kristina Davis, Crystal Davis, Hanna Hepburn, Elle Hepburn, Luke Hepburn, and Jade Hepburn - and 2 great grandchildren - Peyton Robinson, and Savannah Heslep.
She was a woman of faith, growing up in the Catholic Church, and moved to Florida in 1965 with her then husband, George H. Hepburn Jr, who was stationed at McCoy AFB. A devoted mother to her children and grandchildren, she loved to play games, make meals and take care of her family and friends. Her unselfish spirit touched the lives of many in the South Conway community for over 50 years. Funeral services are planned for Saturday, February 16 at Carey Hand Colonial Chapel (2811 Curry Ford Rd; 407-898-2561) from 1-2pm. Following the service, a Celebration of Life will be held at the Elks Lodge (12 Primrose Dr; 407-894-1079) from 2-5pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Lorraine's memory can be made to the Russell Home for Atypical Children (www.russellhome.org); 510 Holden Ave, Orlando, FL 32839; 407-855-8063.
