May 31, 1922 — April 28, 2018

Mary E. Crosby passed away peacefully on April 28, 2018 to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and her loved ones who preceded her from this life including Charles F. Crosby, Jr. (husband), Mark L. Crosby (son), David E. Smith Jr. (brother), Robert M. Crosby and James R. Crosby (brothers-in-law), Robert M. Crosby Jr. (nephew), Nancy L. Crosby (granddaughter), and David E. and Mary Elsie Smith (parents). Mary, as known to her friends, Mother as known to her children, Aunt Mary as known to her nieces and nephews, and Nana as known to her grandchildren was the most thoughtful, loving and giving person who found strength and happiness through her faith which she shared with all. Mary is survived by her sons, Charles F. Crosby III (Georgia) and Johnnie O. Crosby (Suzanne); grandchildren, David, Julia (Shane), Camp (Amanda), Carter (Emily), and Cody (Aimee); great grandchildren, Chelsea, Destiny, Kailey, Sidney and Aiden; great-great grandchild, Zoey; nieces and nephews, Laura, Kathy, Grant, Ellen, Renee, Rhonda, Russel, Denise, Leslie, Dana, and Dale; sisters-in-law Hazel and Gail. Mary brought joy to her family and friends throughout her life and was loved by all. The family would like to give thanks and appreciation to Heather Weekes (caregiver), Rhonda (Silver Services), Betty and Kay (friends), Candy and the members at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church, the staff at Westminster Towers Orlando, and Cornerstone Hospice for their love and care provided for her comfort, health and welfare. The family will have visitation at 10 am with services at 11 am on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church and interment following at Greenwood Cemetery. We give thanks and praise to God for our dear sweet Mary, Mother, Nana, and Aunt Mary. God Bless her soul in heaven and give her rest and peace.
