Mr. Steven C. Sparks, age 67, of Orlando, FL., died Monday, August 2, 2021 at his residence in Orlando, FL. He was born in Bluefield, West Virginia and was a concrete contractor. Mr. Sparks is survived by his loving wife, Theresa; son, Joe; brother, Sam & sister, Sue. Services will be private.
