Passed away on January 4th 2021 in Orlando, FL.. Joe was born on October 25th, 1930 in San Benedetto del Tronto, Italy. He migrated in May 1936 to the US and settled with his parents in Martins Creek, PA..  Joe was a Korean War Air Force Veteran, discharged at Orlando AFB in January 1955. From that date on he made Orlando his home.

He retired from the US postal Service as a Supervisor after 41 years. Joe was very active in Little League both in Azalea Park and Conway as a manager, umpire and sports announcer for 21 years. He was the oldest active member and usher of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church.  Joe was a Minister of Hospitality, Sick & Bereavement Ministry and Men’s Bible Study. Joe is preceded in death by his mother and father Tomassina and Lorenzo Parisciani. 

Joe is survived by his wife, Ruth of 62 years, two daughters, Tammy Juster and Teresa Parisciani, two sons Michael and Anthony Parisciani of Orlando, five grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, as well as sister Leana Monen.
